Retrax advertisements are right, easy to install, works as advertised. It will be the "last cover I will buy". Had shipping problem with 2nd cover, customer service is excellent. Got new shell shipped to me, installed easily and looks great. Thanks Retrax for a great product. Autoanything has the best price, I shopped around...Lonnie

A great cover with a weak support staff

When buying this cover with the intention of installing it yourself, know this: You better have great intuition with this type of stuff. Their directions don't have a part list for you to work against, the illustrations are as light as they could be and I even had a whole section of lubricating that I could not do because the items it refered to did not have the parts they discussed. "Lightly rub the lubricant onto the seal inside of the track. Well, there wasn't a seal in the track. OH, and don't call them to tell them about a flaw in their is in your truck. BUT, after all is said and done, even with the eneven rail on one side...the truck looks great!

Jack Rabbit Cover

The cover was pretty straight forward on install and does not make noise going down the road. The only thing they could fix is the lock to have a cover to keep it from freezing if that is the climate you are in.
