This compressor is convenient for our boondocking truck camper excursions. I use it to return truck tires back to 80 psi and air bags back to as high as 100 psi while away from civilization and my garage. It fits behind the rear seat in the truck and I like that I can take it out of the truck to bring it on trips in other vehicles too. If I had opted for a truck mounted one, it might have been more convenient for its main use, but then would only be where the truck is. View more reviews...
Installation was pretty straight forward and instructions are very easy to understand. The airbags had been previously installed so once a location for the pump and manifold were done everything was pretty simple. Do take the time to find a good location I mounted mine above the spare tire mount. Make sure bolts will not damage the tire once reinstalled but it was a nice flat dry spot and had easy access to a keyed wire +12v when key is on and a very easy run to the battery on drivers side.
T-ing into the airlines was a 30 second process. If you have ever installed a radio or wired for a trailer hitch this is an easy job for the DIYer. View more reviews...
These are nice sturdy storage/tool boxes. They nest perfectly into the DECKED drawers. They are a little expensive at $50 each and you have to assemble them yourself. View more reviews...
