It is discrete and fits very well with the surrounding trim/bumper/bumper cover/exhaust/etc.,....a pretty tricky fit and not interfere with anything. Bravo! Using a jack one person can install while on the ground,...Carefully! Comes complete with everything you need. Only install complaint was that before it was painted one of the supporting bracket arms was bent and I had to remove it, (arghh!) and put it in a vice to tweak it,:( The jury is out on the longevity of the paint!

Hitch arrived the day following my order. Well packaged and in perfect condition. I, and a friend did the installation. What a breeze. Took less than 45 min. No trimming. Well hidden and looks great. Lowering exhaust was far easier than we anticipated. One hint- A universal adaptor for your socket wrench makes it much easier, but could be done without this. Very highly reccomend.

This is my 1st hitch, and I needed a reputable brand name that I recognized, 1-piece construction, and absolutely NO cutting or drilling required. This hitch bolts right up and installation is fairly straightforward but not necessarily as described in the manual. The instructions make it seem easier and say to lower just the muffler end. I, however, had to lower the exhaust at 2 different points; distally at the muffler hanger, and then both the left and right sides of the exhaust hanger that preceeds the muffler. Additionally, this thing is held in place by 6 bolts total, but the 2 bolts included are a different size than the 4 Volvo bolts and having to switch between 2 wrenches was an inconvenience. The hitch also ships without a box, and when it arrived at my door some of the "black powder coating" that "repels rust, corrosion, and oxidation" had chipped off. I didn't touch it up with spray paint like some others have, it has a lifetime warranty. Lastly, it's only 29lbs but with it's awkward shape, I recommend you have someone help you hold it in place until you get the 1st pair of bolts in. Looks good when your all done!
