When I got my car, I assumed it would cost about $500 to get a trailer hitch installed. Not worth it since I only wanted to carry a bike rack. On a whim 4 years later, I found out that these hitches only cost around $100 and take about 10 minutes to install. You unscrew four bolts on the car and attach the hitch. Yes, I didn't even need bolts! It was that easy!

I needed a receiver hitch for my new 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee so I shopped around and ended up with the same company I used for the hitch I added to my GMC Acadia. Quality is very good. It's a little heavier than I expected but solid.

All in all it was great, However when I received it(the hitch)the box was badly damaged, as well as the hitch mount was bent.(The packaging was not secure, just some heavy paper wrapped around the ends of the hitch.) ( Glad I am very handy at fixing things! I didn't have time for a replacement!) I sent notification and photo's to customer service, upon which, they sent their apologies. Seems that the last item I ordered, kind of the same thing, however only the box was damaged.
