The pig-tail "fishing" wire is a brilliant idea, however getting the bolt and spacer to all line up in a space that can't be touched or seen can be frustrating, at best. On my '03 S2K, I removed the bumper cover (5 pop-fasteners and 4 fender screws - don't forget to unplug the license plate lamp)and the 2 Styrofoam "crush" blocks. This allowed me to see and finesse the bolt/spacer with a screwdriver through an opening in the bumper. Twenty-five minutes from cover off to cover on.

The hitch was as advertised. It was easy to install, but I had to remove the back bumper. That is easy to do on this car. The fish wire would get the bolt and washer close but it wouldn't drop into place. All in all I would recomend this hitch.

I've been working/involved in the automotive aftermarket for almost over a decade. I've worked for exhaust companies, performance manufacturers (cams, exhaust, valvetrain, etc), and I was extremely impressed by the FIT, FINISH, INSTRUCTIONS, AND EASE OF INSTALLATION - Very impressive. I did have issue with one step where the bolt fell back into subframe of my car when I was attaching the hitch to the body, but unfortunately a couple hours later it was remedied. This although did not take away from the overall satisfaction with the product, and I'd highly suggest this prodcut. Here's a couple points I was amazed by: -- They actually researched (R&D'd) a hitch for an S2000 (fit great). -- The wire threaded fishing line to pull the bolt through worked great. About AutoAnything: Ordered the product on a Friday night and received it Monday or Tuesday - Quick, and great service to track the product the entire way.
