I was really impressed with the build quality and finish of this product. It was easy to install and just about disappears under the bumper cover. Good value and really happy that it was made in the USA.

The hitch serves its purpose of attaching a bike rack to my 2007 subaru forester. It wasn't nearly as easy to install as advertised ~3hrs. Mostly because of my car, i.e, bolts rusted to the frame but once i got a breaker bar it was no problem to remove them. The hitch looks really good and clean on the Suby. The one downfall is that the metal rod that connects the muffler through the cutout on the left side of the hitch rail via the rubber hanger rattles on the hitch rail at low rams

Put the CURT hitch on my 2008 Subaru Forester. Actual pieces and parts were well made. Instructions are vague about some of the work especially around the muffler and nearby canister. Still got it installed in good shape. Took some fiddling though. A two person job. CURT wiring harness was simple and took about 10 minutes to install. Same problem with unclear instructions.

After digging out the instructions and following them I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and appearance. I was even more pleased with the ease of the electrical snap in place part. I was soon pulling my trailer about. A local mechanic said "oh, you got the best..."

the most difficult thing was finding a way to put the clip pin in the draw bar, everything else was a snap ! Thank you autoanything & curt. 2004 subaru forester sx

It was super easy to put, but the directions left a little to be desired. I really like the way it is hidden up and basically out or sight.

My husband easily installed the Curt receiver & hitch for me. We are all ready to expand our ATV experiences by being able to trailer to other trails in upper Michigan. Since we own 80 acres up "nort" we do alot of work in the forest and fields. We have been driving my Subaru forester as it gets better gas mileage than our diesel truck so now being an outdoors woman I can do anything!

My order arrived in a very timely manner. It had good instructions for my specific vehicle. It bolted right into place. The hitch itself, is constructed of heavy material. The finish is heavy and durable. I'll be towing a trailer half way across the country at Christmas. I couldn't be happier.
