Installed on a '05 Dodge Durango-took about 40 mins-instructions say 1 hour. Regiures two 1/2 inch holes drilled in cross member, and remaoval of some foam bumper supports. The right tools make it a breeze. Sawzall, drill and torque wrench(if you want the exact torque-any tire store can chack torque later for you)

The hitch itself is good- the process of drilling through the frame for the 1/2 holes was a real pain- after several drill bits later and an hour of my time it was finally installed- the description for the instalation should me more detailed before the purchase

This hitch is far different from what is shown in the pictures on the website even after you select the one for your vehicle model. Regardless, the installation was fairly simple for anyone with basic mechanical abilities. The hitch itself seems to be very well built, heavy duty, and so far has performed well for the uses that I've needed so far. Good product for the money.
