It looks great.. install was easy. It helps if you are intalling on new car or a car with very little rust. We were putting it on a 17 yr old vehicle and we had very little problem.

This hitch was perfect for my jeep. The install was interesting using existing frame holes but turned out great. It hauls both my work trailer and boat easily.

The installation was a bit of a beating at first. The included hardware fishing wire was very helpful in getting the bolts in. The trick is to just barely bend the tip of the wire so that it points down and comes out of the frame hole easier. Also, send the square washer in first (though already the wire needs to be through hole in the washer) before pulling the bolt in. After getting all of them in the frame, use an auto jack to slowly lift the hitch to align the bolts into the holes. Voila!

Overall very happy with hitch. Installation instructions somewhat misleading as they state to mount the gas tank skid plate over the hitch receiver. Although I tried for awhile, the skid plate will not stretch over receiver. The receiver must be mounted over the skid plate. I also had to cut two small notches in the rear bumper in order to accommodate receiver. Excellent quality for the price!

Was easy to install and came with all the bolts for multiple configurations depending on the model of Jeep XJ. Was not to hard to install. Probably took 1-2 hours by myself.

Only half of the nuts and bolts from the kit worked and yet they sent so many extra pieces you would think they could get it right. What junk!

I bought this for my 2000 Cherokee. I watched the install video and it all looked pretty straight forward, even if you are like me and need to do this on your back on the ground. When pre-fitting, i noticed that the holes were not lining up as it as hitting my rear bumper and kicking the hitch too far forward. Online support was no help other than confirming the part number on the label was correct. I ended up having to notch my rear bumper to get it to fit.
