Everything was great. Shipped quickly. Sturdy product. Looks good, although on a 2014 Traverse, it can be hidden when not in use. Only negatives about the installation is the installation instructions have really small print and the access holes in the 2014 Traverse bumper aren't quite big enough to get the bolts in, so you have to alter the holes or grind on the head of the bolts. I think this should have been in the instructions. Overall: I'm very pleased with the product.

I installed the Curt Hitch on my new Chevy Traverse. When I opened the box it was packed very neat. The quality of the hitch is awesome. Installed in about 45 minutes. The hitch is to close to the muffler allowing them to hit while driving, Even when you install it as far over away from muffler as possible. A little muffler tape on corner of hitch was the fix.
