Overall the quality is top notch. It sits very low and under the bumper on an FX35 so I am not sure how well it will work when I actually tow something. I may need to get an extension. Getting the bolts fished thru the bumper was a pain. Be sure to make sure that the hitch is centered before drilling and doing final mounting (mine was almost an inch off, if I would not have noticed this I would have ended up with it mounted off to one side).

After surfing online and deciding what to buy, I finnaly putchased this hitch. The installation was easy but I had difficult time drilling. Installation time took me about two hours. I am now able to transport 4 bikes using my bike carrier. Thanks for the towing hitch!

This is a great product. The only issue was the crazy install. Anyone planning on installing this should be prepared to spend at the least 2 hours. Drilling the holes and fishing the screws was a nightmare. Instructions were vague so try to look up some more details online. That helped us alot. After the install the hitch looks and works great. Good Luck!

I must say that aside from installation, I am very happy with the hitch. The price was right, it looks good and works great but installation was terrible. After trying to install myself for 4 hours, I finally brought it to a local install shop. They charged me $100 to install it and was well worth it. The tech told me that the Infiniti FX35 has several tricks which were not explained in the directions and he had learned after many similar installs. I recommend the hitch but recommend bringing it in to have it installed by a pro.

The hitch took is bit to put on but I did it alone in two hours (Infinity FX35). The fit is perfect and I feel super confident pulling the biggest loads. The quality is above my expectations and so glad to invested the time to install it my self. This is a great purchase and the website is A1 in my book.

Installed on Infinity FX-35. Hitch is a tight fit and takes longer than the 45 minutes listed. Very pleased with the result though. Hitch fits well under bumper is solidly built and has a nice finish.
