I purchased this curt hitch from autoanything because after shopping around they had the best price at that time. The hitch arrived the next day, it was unboxed but in good shape. I didn't install it but the instruction said to lower the exhaust system so I rated it a #3 . I'm very pleased with the ordering and delivery also the follow up . Good job Autoanything!

This hitch was perfect for my 2004 Ford Freestar. It arrived 2 business days after ordering. Part of the hitch had poked through the box because there was no padding at all, just the hitch thrown into a box. Lucky there was no major damage. After some banging (hit a 2x4 so don't ruin the finish), got the holes lined up. Overall, couldn't be happier.

haven't used the hitch to tow anything yet, but already just from putting it in and taking it all there are several nasty chips of the paint. Not what is expected from a curt product. Now expect to see rust show up. Otherwise very strong sturdy went on relatively easy. overall a good product.

I took the time to write a note to customer service to say I am in awe at the geniuses who designed this receiver. The installation instructions were great and the special tool (fish wire) that they included with the kit was absolutely necessary. Kudos to Curt's engineers.
