Receiver could have been shaped to fit contour of vehicle better. It hangs in a straight line below rear of cargo door. Would have preferred a design to allow it to "Hug" the bumper line more. Otherwise, pretty satisfied.

I researched the cost of the proper hitch and its installation at both the Ford dealership and other local businesses. The total expense for same was three times what I paid for this hitch from AutoAnything! A local auto repair business only charged me $50 for the "easy install" (their words). Additionally, there would have been a 7-10 day wait for the hitch to arrive, once ordered, even through the dealership. AutoAnything got it to me within 3-4 days, no shipping cost! Thanks for the great deal! Carol Orlando, Florida

Super fast shipping... great product. I actually crawled under my 2011 Ford Flex just to see if the bolts would line up and how difficult this installation was going to be... 35 minutes later I was done. No drilling required at all... I just fished the bolts and spacers through existing holes in the frame with the fishing wire provided. My only concern is the whole hitch is visible, but that is minor given the low cost.
