Good quality trailer hitch for the price. Hardest part of the install was removing the 5 rubber hangers for the Subaru Forester's dual muffler set up (2010 model year). Hitch arrived with some powder coating spots that were damaged and needed to be repaired. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars for quality.

I watched the YouTube video three times and decided to go for it myself. The dealer wanted $700 -- $420 for the hitch and $280 for installation. I bought the hitch for less than $140 and free shipping. Dropping and reinstalling the exhaust took me an hour. The hitch installation took me 45 minutes. Not bad to save $560!

Had to completely remove the mufflers on our 2012 Forester in order to install this hitch. Total time was nearly 4 hours. Not the 1-2 hours as advertised. Looks good, can hardly see it under the bumper. Much cheaper then getting the dealer to install.
