I have purchased 2 hitches from this company with an online chat--told them what I needed and was impressed with the price--purchased items and within 2 days it was delivered to my doorstep--I will always order from them and encourage others to do so also!

I used my jack to lift it up, struggled with a bolt or two, and it was installed. The hardest part was loosening the bolts and carrying the jack to the vehicle. I'd order another one in a heartbeat if my next vehicle lacks a hitch. Its hidden under the vehicle and looks strong enough to securly tow anything I plan on connecting to it. Just wish I could attach a cargo carrier along with my bike rack. Not sure there's enough space to fit together on a dual receiver.

I'm very happy with the Curt trailer hitch and the "T" connector 55515. Could not have been easier to install. However, I still had to take my 2017 Grand Cherokee to the dealer so they could program the computer to activate the trailer lights.

My mechanical expertise rating is about medium for regular stuff, fairly low for auto related things. Nevertheless, once I got the four bolts taken off my car I was able to install in about 15 minutes. The hardest part was removing the bolts because they were rusted on. I sprayed PB Blaster and came back 30 minutes later and they came right out. So I guess technically it did take longer from start to finish, but I was not under the car for most of it. Having an extra set of hands would help.

I like the hitch and the ease of installation. Just a couple minor concerns: 1)The coating was chipped off down to bare metal on the northeast corner of the receiver opening. 2)The receiver is out of alignment by a few degrees to the east.
