It's a pretty simple device but I have no major complaints. The metal is thick and seemingly strong, the powder coating is even and tough and the install took me 30 mins in my garage with basic tools. For my Lexus IS350 the hitch hangs a bit low for my taste but it may only be able to be raised maybe an inch or so before hitting the bumper. I haven't towed with it yet but I assume the chains may drag on the ground. Overall nice product though. Respectable shipping time too.

My 1st car I bought a curt hitch, it was a difficult install and did not fit my car appropriately, but nonetheless it got on and I loved it. Bought Curt again for my brand new car because the quality is great and it looks great. This time around, install was very easy! MAJOR flaw is that the hitch is too low. I can barely get over a small speed bump without smashing my hitch. The hitch design dips down unnecessarily & gives a 3" clearance from the ground. I haven't even put on my bike rack yet..

Easy installation, sturdy and doesn't look bad at all. My complaints are that it makes the back lower so I have to watch out for speedbumps or steep driveways. I know that's inevitable, just inconvenient. Also, sometimes my muffler hits the hitch so I hear this clunking noise and it freaks me out. Other than that, I'm happy with it.

All is what I thought it would be, except it hangs too low and looks silly. Bike rack bottoms out. Contemplating removing and just throwing bike in trunk. Curt: wake up: you could have raised it ~ two plus inches! 2015 Lexus IS350: tried to indicate that in the drop-down menu, but your feedback form was bad.
