Installed on a 7-year old 2011 Nissan Rogue. If you have an older car like me, the mounting bolts may not easily go into the holes. I brought mine to my mechanic who had to use a tap to clear the rust from the threads. Other than that the installation would have been easy. Whil I was under the car, I found that the metal shield by the bumper was bent, getting it back in place has improved the gas economy by 4-5%, even with the somewhat heavy hitch mounted. So far I am very happy with it.

The trailer Hitch is easy to install and works very well, but it's really on the heavy side. Could be built with lighter weight material that's just as strong or stronger to keep your vehicle from burning more fuel. Other than the weight problem, the product is really great. One other thing, when I add the Bic carrier, there's more weight added Thanks. I'm glad that You were an honest company to deal with.

Installed it on a 2009 Nissan Rogue and the install was fairly simple just make sure you have an extra pair of hands to help put it in place. The instructions said to drop the muffler inorder to get the hitch in place so we did just that but once we got the hitch in place it looked like we could have gotten away without dropping the muffler. Try it for yourself. Overall it looks great and works great with the bike rack.
