Couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the ease of the install. My only complaint is whoever packaged the product could have taken a little more time packing the nuts and bolts. During shipping one of the bolts came loose and scratched the paint down to the metal. A little touch up paint and like new.

This is my 2nd Curt product and it's as great as I expected it to be. It's was a great price, built like a tank, it adds to the great looks of my vehicle. It doesn't stick out and doesn't distract from the vehicles appearance. I've already towed a 5,380# camper with ease. The Curt hitch is a purchase nobody will regret purchasing.

Bought Curt Hitch for my 2nd car, installation of the first hitch for my 1st car was quite easy, this one quite difficult, but that is due to the particular vehicle make and model design as oppose to hitch itself. So far serves the purpose and looks good. Looks and feels sturdy.

Very satisfied. The box had some damage. No damage to the hitch. Installed easily and is sturdy as a frame mounted hitch would be.the drivers side only takes one bolt going up into the unibody rail but it seems to work with the two horizontal through bolts. It is unfortunate Kia didn't design the Sorento with a hole through the rear roll pan bumper area to raise up the receiver. The hitch though is designed to adapt well to the existing car around the exhaust.

at 71 years old it was a chore on my back to install. Did quite a few in the past. Instructions left a lot to be desired, pictures were too dark and small. One of the carriage bolt nuts was the wrong size and the 2 carriage bolts on the passenger side had a tough time lining up thru hitch and frame.
