Hardest part of install was removing trim (buy a trim removal tool) and running wire under vehicle to the battery, I was on a garage floor though. On a lift would be a cakewalk.

Not a problem with the T-connectors, but removing the panels to access the plugs on the 2016 RAV 4 Hybrid, is a royal pain and cruel and unusual punishment. 90% of the work is getting to the plugs. Unit works fine and there was plenty of cable to make the connections. An advantage with the Hybrid is that the 12V aux battery is in the spare wheel well, so running the 12V line is a piece of cake. Just need to look for a path to the outside for the flat 4 for a professional fit.

Easy plug and play connections to the vehicles tail light wiring. Routing the power line to battery was tedious, but doable. I used the fuel tank as my tunnel to the battery. A panel button tool is really useful in popping panels off without losing or breaking the buttons. On line video was very helpful as was Rav4 forum directions.

Order arrived promptly good quality wiring and connectors. Verry easy to install nuntil I discovered that the connectors didn't fit. Called tech support twice and they kept assuring me that they were the correct connectors. I am trying to get an RA but found the line constantly bussy. The hitch I bought previouslu was great easy to install and rugged
