Great product. I love that it uses the existing weld nots in the frame rail instead of making me fish bolts in through the frame hole. It goes together great. Drilling the ball hole in the bed is made much simpler with the pilot hole coming from underneath after assembly (perfect alignment). I also like the rubber edging included to protect the edges of the hole in your bed, and the rubber plug to fill the hole (instead of leaving the bottom of the ball exposed). Find a good install video.

Amazon wanted a little over 400 for this hitch plus tax. You can't beat these guys. 300 bucks no tax and free shipping..I was sceptical at first but 5 days later it was at my doorstep. Installation took about 4 hours. 2013 GMC 2500 Duramax. I loosened the box bolts to aid installation. Also the u-bolts can be drilled from underneath on driver's side only due to exhaust. Had to measure & drill from top side, got off a little. Good quality hitch. First time buying from AA and it won't be the last!

Hitch was pretty easy to install we bought eight eh ez install kit so it was my first time installing a gooseneck hitch and if I ever have to do it again will definitely by the curt hitch. I like the heavy duty build the parts are solid and mount with no issues . Only thing I didn't like was having to notch the flange on the bottom side of the frame to slide the front crossmember into place had both front and rear crossmembers been the same solid rectangular crossmember i would be 100% satisfied

I am very pleased with the Curt Double Lock GooseNeck Hitch. I installed this hitch by myself in just a couple hours was very easy to do. The instructions that come with are t not the best that's the only suggestion I would make to the company is to make the direction more user friendly but there are videos out there that have step by step directions to make this a simple and easy install, The lock mechanism works well and slides very easy. Very Happy with this Product highly Recommend!!

Received this hitch in lieu of another brand being out of stock. Directions were spot on. I installed this on a brand new truck with 2000 miles. I had all the right tools needed, except for a truck lift. It still took me 4 hours to install. Not a big deal, just not as quick as the directions would like you to believe. Also, to get the front rail into place, cut a very small notch in the wheel well and the rail will slide right in.
