"The Curt receiver hitch came with everything needed to install EXCEPT for a 1/2 allen wrench. Most sets include sizes up to 3/8's and most normal tool outlets (Sears, Lowe's, AutoZone) don't stock that size. Not to mention that you actually need a rachet hex key in order to use a torque wrench for proper install. Fortunately I was able to borrow what I needed from the maintenance shop at work. Once I had the necessary tools installation was a breeze, out of the box to complete in less than 30 minutes. The only thing hurting the install rating was tool availability." —Jonathan L from Raleigh, NC bought a CURT Receiver Hitches for a 2009 Dodge Ram.
"It took me about an hour to get my hitch in place. The longest part of the process was fishing the screws through the existing chassis holes. Once the screws and braces where fished through the hitch was up and bolted in place in less that two minutes. I do recommend installing it with another person, to help lift it up. I was able to install it myself but the ease of installation will definitely increase if you have some assistance. I was also extremely happy with the how fast I got my hitch after I ordered it." —Victor A from Virginia Beach, VA bought a CURT Receiver Hitches for a 2009 Dodge Ram.
"got good deal on hitch but was beat up fron shipping and thought about sending back. reality set in and I know if I did that I would just get another beat up one. Product is worth the money just need a better way to ship it without any scuffs or missing paint. I know this isn't the first time you heard this and probably won't be the last." —Dick E from Douglas, WY bought a Hidden Hitch Receiver Hitches for a 2009 Dodge Ram.
