Very sturdy, great craftsmanship. Surprised at the gauge (thickness) of the steel, but then again it's my first hitch. Thought I could install it myself but realized I needed another pair of hands and other tools. So I took it to the local auto shop. Even then, the cost of the hitch at AA plus 1 hr labor (although it took about 30 mins) was cheaper than if I got it at the Mitsu dealership (or the local auto shop's brand with free install). So far used it with a bike rack but expect the trailer later on. With weight it drops kinda low on the Outlander but I may install an air suspension kit to mitigate.
