Installed without a hitch. Instructions were simple. Works great so far. A little worried about someone taking the cover off and seeing the safe. Would like to have the cover secured in some way. Other than that pretty handy. Should come in handy if locked out or need a card or cash. Want to get another for my Tundra. If you have a Toyota, Some model with a factory hitch like my 2009 Tundra need a differ4ent pin for the HitchSafe. It's about $10.00 more so make sure you order the correct one.

Bringing up the trash

Reviewed By Karl M (West Chester, OH) —1/27/2018 4:17 AM

I bought this to bring up my trash cans as I have a mile long driveway on upward trajectory at about 30 degrees. It's very difficult to walk the trash up the hill so I bought this and it works perfectly and setup quickly.

Tow Point

Reviewed By Daniel M (Geneva, IL) Reviewed for a 2016 Jeep Wrangler —12/26/2017 6:15 AM

First, the best place to connect a recovery strap to pull a stuck vehicle is at the hitch receiver in the center of the towing vehicle. Second, it is advantageous for the clevis to pivot based on the angle (right-left or up-down) to the towed vehicle. reduces side forces on the clevis by aligning the clevis to the load. The Mile Marker D-Ring Clevis Hitch is well made and has a very distinct appearance. Still brand new...we will see how well it holds up to the elements.
