The hitch was great and towed great! I did have issues with their customer service because I had requested overnight shipping and when it didn't come the next day I called and nobody could find it and had no idea what was going on. I ended up calling the day after it was supposed to be delivered and talked to one lady who was able to figure out what had happened in less than 5 minutes. It turns out my hitch wasn't put on the truck to be shipped. She ended up getting it on the truck and shipped.

Have not used it yet, still looking for a gooseneck trailer. Fit real tight in the rail.

The unit arrived on a pallet with no damage and on time. The parts and universal mounts were complete and included in the price from Auto Anything. However, my 2017 Ram 2500 has a very difficult frame set up and to eliminate drilling the frame and making the install easier, I contacted Curt about a set of "CUSTOM" plate mounts that match right up to the factory threaded mount holes.Item CURT 16427 Custom 5th Wheel Brackets through Amazon for about $115.00 Great Hitch & Good buy.
