"Ordered on Monday afternoon, arrived Wednesday before noon!! The gleaming black powdercoated beauty grabs you immediately as an art product to be admired for the fine detail, craftsmanship and overall beafy ruggedness. OK, it actually took me an hour to install, but that included a coat of synthetic wax and non-corrosive grease on all bolt threads. It fit like OJ's glove - a small bottle jack helped guide the last 1/4 inch on once side where the factory got a little generous with their "liquid applied insulation". Everyone that sees this hitch admires the robotic welded, totally enclosed framing, etc.... I sent the ugly Thule factory hitch back, then had to take to my dealer to have the hitch wiring "turned on" by factory Service Tech computer guys. ALL were impressed and would recommend to their customers. This rates a 10 for every area I could imagine. No one EXCEEDS my expectations - but CURT certainly fulfilled every objective criteria I could think of!! 10 ATTABOYS!" —James M from Tequesta, FL bought a CURT Receiver Hitches for a 2010 Chevy Equinox.

"Installed the hitch on my wifes 2010 Equinox and it was amazingly easy. Six bolts and 10 minutes was all it took. Everything lined up and the holes in the chassis were already threaded. Great product, would definately buy a CURT product again" —Richard B from Mcalester, OK bought a CURT Receiver Hitches for a 2010 Chevy Equinox.

"I couldnt believe the ease which this hitch installed on my new vehicle ,everything lined up perfect. I think it took longer to open the package and find the instructions then to actually mount the hitch. Fit and finish are A1." —Gary G from Shoreham, NY bought a CURT Receiver Hitches for a 2010 Chevy Equinox.

"This was a very easy install. The Equinox already has the (6)bolt holes available, so the only difficulty was lifting the hitch when bolting it in (a third hand would have been good). I also installed the light kit and this was just as easy. It looks like a dealer install for less than half the price." —Paul S from Jacksonville, FL bought a CURT Receiver Hitches for a 2010 Chevy Equinox.

Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch

Not bad for the money

Purchased this for a Chevy Equinox. Every fit fine and all bolt holes lined up. I installed this by myself. Problem I encountered was that the bolts were way to long. Replaced with shorter bolts and worked great. Don't think having 1 1/2" - 2" of bolt sticking past the end of the nut adds any advantage. The shipping was outstanding and fast. View more reviews...

Trimax RAZOR XTR Aluminum Adjustable Hitch Ball Mount

Adjustable Hitch

The Trimax Razor XTR is as good as advertised. I have several trailers that I pull and this is the first hitch that I have owned that allows me to quickly and easily adjust the ball height to make each trailer pull level. This is a very well machined product with ease of adjustment features and a ball locking device. My only regret is that it took me this long to purchase one. View more reviews...

DIY Everything: How to Install a Trailer Hitch

There’s a right way and a wrong way to do just about everything.
