CURT Trailer Hitches

DIY Installation

2" welded ball drop resulted in very low to ground unloaded. Used jack stands. Set higher would have made things easier. Installation of bolts has a brilliant solution to not loose them in the car frame. I needed to go buy a (5mm) deep socket to get the bolts torqued down. The universal drive IS necessary to get around the passenger side muffler. I added length (wire not included) to the ground wire to reach the battery. Kit has splice and terminal for that.
