CURT Trailer Hitches

DIY Installation

2" welded ball drop resulted in very low to ground unloaded. Used jack stands. Set higher would have made things easier. Installation of bolts has a brilliant solution to not loose them in the car frame. I needed to go buy a (5mm) deep socket to get the bolts torqued down. The universal drive IS necessary to get around the passenger side muffler. I added length (wire not included) to the ground wire to reach the battery. Kit has splice and terminal for that. Go Rhino Hitch Step

Here is an easy step up into the bed of your truck

I'm an older truck owner so it wasn't that easy to get into the back of my truck. Now with this hitch step, it is no problem at all. The build quality looks good. Not sure about any rust issues since I just installed it. Maybe a second review in a few months to report on that. I really like it and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy step into the back of your truck. View more reviews...
