      Description:

Your ride can burn up any highway or track, but when your operating temperature starts a steep and scary climb, B&M SuperCooler Automatic Transmission Coolers can bring the mercury back down to a safe level. Durably manufactured from high-quality aluminum and furnace-brazed for years of reliable service, these stacked plate coolers surpass the competition in every way.

When cold auto transmission fluid encounters the B&M SuperCooler Trans Cooler core, a certain amount bypasses due to the fluid’s higher viscosity, ferrying directly back to the transmission. This function allows your transmission temps to level out sooner, especially in colder climates. As the fluid warms up, it acts as its own thermostat and the thinning viscosity allows more fluid to pass through the core.

With a list of winning features – including a .375” hose barb, adaptable .5” NPT fittings, 1.5” thick plate and fin coolers and the necessary mounting equipment for ease of installation – your B&M SuperCooler Automatic Transmission Coolers are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

B&M SuperCooler Auto Transmission Coolers for 2001 Toyota RAV4

A year ago, i purchased a similar B&M SuperCooler Automatic Transmission Coolers and installed into my 2000 Acura TL. The purchase was a precautionary measure because of the design flaw on this car's transmission. I put in approximately 40,000 miles (majority hwy) and never had any issue with the transmission even on long drive and driving at slightly above the normal hwy speed. It appears that the B&M supercooler has done to minimize the heat associated with driving. We are in the process of relocating to California and temperature is warmer compared to midwest. Driving in warmer weather may pose a threat to automatic transmission. Therefore, it is must for B&M SuperCooler Automatic Transmission Coolers to improve the life of the auto transmission. Given my experience...these coolers were easily installed but the only issue i had for both were the transmission cooler hose seems to be short so i had to buy additional 4 ft. All the rest seems to be okay.

      youkon

The super cooler was delivered in a timely manner. It looked great. It fit my youkon perfectly. I had it installed in no time at all. Iused most of the hardware that came with my tranny cooler. The only problem i encountered was the little hose clamps that came with the kit broke before i had it tight enough. I would highly recomend this cooler kit to anyone looking for a trany cooler.

      Very nice

Product fit in front of ac condenser but was a bit of a pain to get in and hooked up. Took close to three hours but it did turn out well. Looks like it belongs there.

B&M Super Cooler, installed on 07' Toyota FJ Cruiser.

Quality cooler, straight forward installation...once feed lines to and from radiator are located. B&M could have better with the installation instructions in that regard. Oil temperature difference between trans. oil entering cooler and leaving cooler is noticeable.

      Well worth the money.

I bought the cheapest one they offered. Notice you can also buy one that is twice as thick with superior cooling ability. THAT is the one I should have bought. The effect of the cooler is provide much better shifting and much more positive engaging. You won't regret buying it, and when the weather turns cold, it has the effect of insulating the radiator and keeping it warm. When it is hot.. it has the effect of increasing radiator area. Go for the bigge!

      Cooling to Cooler

I've search high & low for a really good Transmission Oil Cooler. Found a lot that were just a tube with fins for my car. But heard that B&M have really great products. So I Decide to try this cooler after reading about it. Came with what seems like enough hadware to install it without a problem, didn't use any of them (except for the metal pieces that came with it) due to the fact that I made my own bracket for it, so installation took me a bit longer (something I had plained on doing before I've gotten the Cooler). The design of the cooler looks very sufficient for cooling as well. It's been 2 weeks since I installed it & had a really good test drive yesterday with it. My transmission fluid didn't overheat & no little rough down shifts ether. Have notice a smoother shifting & crusing without pressing the gas has become better as well. So, so far it is working excellet.

Trans Cooler on 1996 Econoline 150 van

Trans cooler comes with everything you need to mount. I made my own bracket which made the install take a bit longer, but still not too much of a hassle. Trans temp dropped noticeably, and the cooler looks great!

      Dan's supercooler review

The cooler was a bit of a challenge to install in my wife's 97 Honda CRV because of limited space, but thanks to a handy vertical brace and some of the goodies that were included in the installation kit, I mounted it to the brace, and it's right out in the air stream. We will be pulling a trailer to Florida in a couple of months which is the reason I installed the cooler. I'm sure it's going to work very well. It even looks good sitting in there. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the cooler and the mounting kit.

The first time, very noticeable, tranmission seem stronger and "feel". The best T-cooler in the market. I have it on three on my cars.

      like the product, but...........

Installation as expected with tight spaces. My main beef was the supplied fittings with the product did not fit my application. I had to special order fittings for the 95 ford ranger radiator, not cheap and added days to the project.
