In the middle

The instructions don't match the pole colors, it's a lot harder to install that you would think. Pretty complicated, wish we had better instructions. One of the front poles is very very bent and it seems like it's about to snap on one side. I've seen this set up before and they didn't have the same problem, it seems like it was sewn too tight. Looks super good though

Took 3 hours to assemble

Hopefully this helps someone in the future because the instructions could not be worse. The two diagonals are black and have "crinks" in them. The short grey pole goes across on the very top. The pole with the aluminum nipples go on the back nearest the window. The other single black goes inside the tent (it's very tight). The longest red one goes across the front of the entrance, on top of the tail gait. (Also very tight). The Two blue crisscross the awning. Good freaking luck

Upper level tent camp....

Take tent camping up a notch. All components come in a great expandable, zipper carrying case (bag). Very happily surprised at the overall bounty of gear and variable options for setup. Fits my truck like it was made for it. Full lined interior keeps bedding and gear clean. Setup and take down times become quicker and easier as the process is repeated. Price/Value ratio can't be beat... If you are thinking about a truck tent this is a good one for sure.

Great tent overall

I'm a first time truck renter. I did a lot of research and it came down to the PRO-Z and you can't beat the quality for the price. I was extremely satisfied with the ease assembly. I did a dry run in my driveway to have an idea for when I'm out camping, also to ensure I wasn't missing anything. All was great!

Easier to setup than I expected.

Did a dry run in my driveway this weekend. The tent was easier to set up than I expected. Gonna try it out with the kids next weekend.

Good Tent Bad instuctions wrong sized pole

Despite a pole that was too long snapping while trying to setup, the tent performed well and kept us dry during a night of heavy rain. Napier Customer service says they will correct to problem and send me a shorter pole. Having spent many nights too close to the ground, I'm quite pleased with this setup.

So far, so Good!

I bought this because I like the idea of being up off the ground. It is VERY easy for one person to put together. I had it unpacked and up and installed in the truck in about 40 minutes the first time. It is very easy to assemble and looks great. It seems like it will be a fine tent. I haven't camped with it yet, so I don't know how it handles wind and rain, but all appearances are that it will be just fine.

Only way to go tent camping

First time installing took about 20 mins, no directions, most of the time was adjusting the straps and making everything fit just right. second time with two people cut time to 11 mins, set it up in the driveway before going to the campground, it will make a big difference. there are a few things that could be improved on (rod pockets in the rain cover for one) but overall a perfect tent for the few times we will go camping.

Camping in style!

My boyfriend and I LOVE this tent and we also purchased the tent extension as well. We've camped by the ocean and in windy and rainy conditions. No leaks and plenty of room for two!!!

Pro z

The front door pole is too long and looks ridiculous. Mine cracked, and everyone else's tents look like the front pole is also too long. Other than that, it's nice. Other than the fact the directions told me to put green poles here-and-there when I don't even have green poles.

Well worth it

Overall it is great. It had its first downpour within minutes of completion and held up like a champ. Compared to regular tents it would air out much better and never held moisture on the inside. Observations (not cons): 1. The instructions could use some updating 2. The tie down buckles are nice and stiff so be prepared to get a good grip workout until they break in 3. It would be perfect if the rain fly had a way to keep the side walls either rolled up or extended away from the tent.

Quick, comfortable camping!

Purchased this tent, so I could use my truck, to tow jet ski or 4 wheelers and still have a comfortable place to sleep. Easy set up. Not much different than setting up a regular tent, other than strapping it to the truck. The color coding on the directions, for the poles was incorrect, but easy enough to figure out. The set up directions are sewn onto the bag on a waterproof tag, so they will never be lost or ruined by water. The tent looks awesome on my truck and is very roomy inside. Love it!!

Overpriced for disposable tent

Colors in instructions don't match colors of poles. Instructions call for green poles, they are actually red, blue is black. Shock cord on one of the main poles broke second time we took it down. I have used several shock corded tent poles and was careful not to overstress it, but the elastic cord is thin and cheap. We will see how mfgr. Handles it.wife and I do competition BBQ, and use it as a place to lay down for a couple of hours all night cooks. Thousands attend these events.
