we searched long and hard to find a tent that 'actually' fit our ford transit connect van. while many tent suppliers said their tent would work, they didn't fit well at all. the rightline tent certainly offers the best fit for our vehicle, however the tent doesn't appear to be built as robust as european tent we tried... but fit is everything and rightline seems like the best value for the money. we have put it up several times in the back yard, but this weekend will be the first camping trip.

I just received this product and going to try it out this week - I practiced putting it up before trying it in the dark at the campsite. It took one hour to put up the first time and I am sure it would take half that time next time. It seems to be just what I need as to size, stability and misc. items. My first question is how it would react to high desert winds and that will be tested soon. If it does not perform, I will review again. Otherwise assuming it will be fine.

The first night I used the tent it was REALLY windy. After reading a few reviews that it was bad in the wind I worried but it stayed up all night. My only complaint was that the door area on the tailgate doesn't get real tight like I think it should.

Bought the tent for a 2011 Silverado. Fits the truck well. Two person set up is much easier. Had lots of rain the first time out. The very bottom corners dripped a little water in. I think because the seams are stretched tight. Not a real big deal. Over all just what I was looking for.
