This is the best winch I have owned it is my second one I've bought it does the job I need it to and has the longest cable that I can get

I've owned several SEC8 Mile Marker winches 4 in all . I wish the factory would do all of the assembly of the control box. But it is not that hard to do yourself. I have mounted some on permanent steel mounting plates and welded the winch in place. Other times I mounted the winch to a plate of steel that has the adapter for a reese hitch. Now it is removable from the trailer and can also be attached to the back of your truck's trailer hitch reciever I love MILE MARKER and trust it a lot
