The winch and hidden mount was easy to install. Just follow the instructions.

The winch is great but do not buy the front hitch receiver made by Ramsey for an 06 Chevy 3500, it does not fit. Buy a less expensiver yet better built perfectly fitting Hidden hitch front receiver.

Mounted this Warn VR10 on front of Ford F-150 using Warn Muli-Mount winch frame and Curt Front Mount Hitch Receiver, so Winch can be taken on and off easily when needed. Used my Warn VR10 to winch 6' long, 26" diameter, "green" Pecan tree trunks form yard and onto tilt trailer to have milled. This winch made easy work of these tremendously heavy loads. Works great and is very strong. Highly recommend this for winching situations.
