Winch only worked for less than a minute.

Purchased the winch, mounting plate and the quick connect cable. Pulled the cable out 20 ft. Started pulling in and hit reverse once. It stopped working all connections are tight have not had time to call support. Mounted other winches and had zero problems.

            Great value for the money

I have used the winch a few times to snake trees out of the woods. Works great, strong enough to pull my truck if i dont chock the wheels. I have this winch mounted on the smittybuilt hitch receiver craddle, very strong.

            Built very well, solid design.

I bought this for my 03 trailblazer. And let me say is that the smittybilt receiver mount bolt holes lined up perfectly. And I have no complaints about this product what so ever. The quick disconnect set up was easy. I just got to say LOVE IT.

The Big W... Is no better

Easy to install nicely built runs and purrs like a cat. Only downfall would be no wireless remote. But it's not bothering me at all so far. Would recommend this to everyone little light for my truck but with a snatch block not a problem

            Nice Looking Winch

Haven't really used it on the job but seems to work fine. Easy to install BUT the 6' cords to the battery should be longer! I have the winch on a 2015 Silverado using a Weston brush guard with winch tray and the battery cables just barely reach the battery. And that's with mounting the Solenoid closest to the battery and stretching the cables hard. I've had a previous similar Smitty winch that did work fine.

            Work Horse.

I actually bought this for hauling up felled trees on my property. I'm building a house on rather steep terrain and we are required to make a defensible space around the house. So far we have hauled up around 75 trees ranging from a few hundred pounds to a several thousand. This winch is every bit powerful enough to do the job. My only complaint is occasionally the winch has trouble getting back into gear from free wheel. But over all I would recommend this winch.
